I thought that this is worth posting.It's always good to be doing something "natural" for ourselves after doing so much conventional thearapy.

Yes, I got that for my pantry and Grape Seed oil extract.

EVOO has a low burn/smoke rate whereas the grape seed oil allows you to cook at high temps (frying).

I am one of those ER/PR neg, HER 2 triple positive, who cannot get any further treatment.

Besides the obvious, what do you use EVOO for? I love to dip nice "crunchy" bread in it

I like to mix EVOO with Balsalmic vinegar for a bread dip. Whenever I make pasta sauce or pasta salad I use it too. I have been making a Tabouleh salad lately it consists of couscous and parsley and the dressing is juice of 1 lemon, EVOO, sea salt and pepper. And, caesar salad dressing.
